ATV Park Rules

Absolutely no alcohol, controlled substances nor firearms allowed on the property at any time. No alcohol consumption before or while driving a motorized vehicle of any kind is permitted. 

Fighting on the premises will not be tolerated and will result in banning from the property and arrest by local authorities. 

Everyone entering property, for any reason, MUST sign release of liability waivers AND check-in at the site. Any person found on the property without said waiver and/or checking-in will be considered trespassing and will be treated as such. 

No littering; fines are strictly enforced. 

Throw Dat Dirt is not responsible for any injury, theft, damage or loss of personal property. Please secure your belongings or leave valuables home. 

Throw Dat Dirt is not responsible for ATVs or other motorized vehicles left on the site due break downs or otherwise immobilized vehicles.  

Towing arrangement must be made by ATV owner. No unauthorized high-speed racing in the park. Ride your ATV or a rental ATV at your own risk.  Throw Dat Dirt is not responsible for flat tires, breakdowns nor storage of motorized vehicles left on site.

Helmets are required AT ALL TIMES for all riders and passengers unless the helmet waiver has been signed. 

Participants under the age of 18 must have legal guardian present with waiver signed and confirmed by Throw Dat Dirt staff.

Minors must be closely supervised by legal guardian. 

Failure to return a rented ATV within the allotted rental time period will result in additional charges of $1.00 per minute charged to the credit card on file, starting after the first 10 minutes past due time.
